  Marriage recorded in Ohio Records and Pioneer Families Vol XXI:184, indicating f. Thomas Winder (b. Dec 24, 1804, Ross Co, OH) and m. Hannah Wildman (b.sept 12, 1802, Clark Co, OH). Thomas and Hannah raised 10 children. Grandparents Abner Winder (came from PA to Ross Co about 1800) and his wife, a Ballinger. Seth m. Maggie A. Linville, age 27, native of Champaign Co, f. J.H.Linville and Ann Pennington Linville. Children Aldina (b. sept 28 1873), Seneca (Jan 23 1879). Religion: Quaker. According to Robert L. Winder (Sep 2000): Seth S. Winder, born 14 December 1841 or 24 December 1840 in Champaign County, Ohio, who married Maggie A. Linville in 1868. Maggie Linville was the daughter of J. H. and Ann Pennington Linville. A daughter, Aldina Winder, was born to Seth and Maggie on 28 September 1873, according to the IGI. The subscription History of Logan County, Ohio states that a second daughter, Seneca Winder, was born to Seth and Maggie on 23 June 1879.
