  From: "Ed Margerum" Sent: Wednesday, December 06, 2000 10:02 AM Hello Ann: I just did a quick search and came across a reference to a "Phebe Winder Hoge p.37 " in a Bailey family booklet for sale (Joel & Ann Short Baily of PA--CHART/BOOKLET #7.) http://www.angelfire.com/mo/BaileyInfo/BG.html No more information than that. However, the Baileys are a Delaware Valley family and that possibly would be Theodore Winder's daughter. I doubt that the booklet contains further information. Ed Margerum
