  	Frank Winder Died Monday Francis Cleveland (Frank) Winder died in a Walla Walla hospital Monday morning after a lingering illness and a number of years of failing health. Funeral services were held from the Hubbard-Ragg chapel. Mr. Winder was born in Garfield county June 28, 1888, the son of Francis Winder and Mary Whetstone Winder. He had spent his entire life in the area and 40 years in Dayton. He was well-known here as a painter and interior decorator, and had in his younger days worked as a carpenter. He was married October 13, 1925, and the wife, Lola Wilson Winder survives him. Other survivors include three daughers, Mrs. Lila Russell of Walla Walla, Mrs. Dphne Galtin of De Kalb, Texas; Mrs. Dona Huwe, Dayton; two step-daughters, Mrs. Ruth Vincent of Garden Grove, California, and Mrs. Elda Tate of Umatilla, Orgegon; ten grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Alice Arnett and Mrs. George W. (Lila) Wood, both of Bellflower, California, and Mrs. J.W. (Edna) Stephens of Walla Walla.
