  	Henry's will names his "friend" Richard Locke as executor and references his wife, Mary; witnessed by Samuel Sloan and Levi Cowan. The will does not name his children. However, his 26-page probate record indicates that Milas Agner was appointed guardian for his three minor children, Laura Ann, Fanny and Peter Parley Winders. A surety bond with respect to the estate was executed on Feb. 8, 1850 by Tillman Cranford as administrator, and by W.H. Kincade, Milas Agner and Thomas B. Cowan. Mentioned in the estate accounting as receipted for cash were Wm. Winders, John C. Winders, and T.T. Locke (believed to be Thomas Todd Locke, born Nov. 18, 1825, son of Richard Locke and Margaret Gheen). Tillman Cranford had married Fanny Winders Miller (believed to be Henry's sister, who first married Elias Miller, 10 Feb. 1834, then Tillman Cranford 22 Feb. 1837; Fanny apparrently died before 04 Mar 1846, when Tillman married Martha E. Green).
