Mar?) 1884, was bargained & sold to Levi Baker at the sume of $400 with the consent, approval and sanction of Levi Gheen, James Gheen & Margaret L. Beal - That the plantation in Rowan County was sold to Margaret L. Beal at the sum of $600 with the consent, approval and sanction of Levi Gheen, James Gheen & Margaret L. Beal - The estate to be divided in to thirds, with Levi Gheen, James T. Gheen, & Margaret L. Beal each receiving a share.
I have seven children for Warren, but it looks like only three actually lived up to 1901. His son James was a James T. Gheen also.
