    • From Baltimore Patriot, 14 Apr 1822:
Died on Wednesday, 5th inst. at her residence, in Somerset County, Mrs. Mary S. Winder, relict of the late general, Levin Winder. Those who knew the amiable and polished manners of this most estimable lady -- her devoted and exemplary attention will, with sincerity of heart, condole with them under this most afflicting bereavement.
